1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All event bookings (wedding, birthday, kitty party, office party, home celebration, etc.) must be confirmed through the official Wexon platform.

  • Once your booking is placed, our team will contact you for final confirmation and event details.

  • A booking confirmation message or email will be sent after your payment or advance is received.

2. Payment Policy

  • An advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • Remaining balance must be cleared before the event date unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours of event).

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the event for a partial refund (after service deduction).

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • Wexon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.).

4. Service & Responsibility

  • Wexon provides event planning, decoration, lighting, and entertainment setup services based on your selected package.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate event details, such as venue, date, and timing.

  • Wexon is not liable for delays or damages caused by external factors (venue restrictions, weather, or third-party vendors).

5. Customer Conduct

  • Clients are expected to maintain professional behavior during events.

  • Any property damage, misuse of equipment, or misconduct may lead to additional charges or cancellation of service.

6. Privacy & Data

  • All customer data (contact details, event information, etc.) is kept confidential and used only for service purposes.

  • Wexon does not share your personal information with any third party without your consent.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Wexon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • All changes will be reflected on our official website/app, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
