Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users can cancel orders and request refunds while using our platform.

1. Service Nature

  • We act as a service booking and facilitation platform.

  • All services are subject to availability and confirmation from service partners.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it will be considered valid.

  • Any cancellation request must be made within the allowed cancellation window.

3. Cancellation by User

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the service has started or resources are allocated.

  • If the service has already started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy (Online Payments)

  • If an order is cancelled after confirmation and payment was made online (UPI / Card / Net Banking / Wallet):

    • 75% of the total order value will be refunded

    • 25% will be deducted as cancellation, operational, and payment gateway charges

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing time is 5–7 working days, depending on the bank/payment provider.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • No refund is applicable for cancelled COD orders.

  • A penalty of 25% of the cancelled order value will be applied to the user’s next successful booking.

  • The penalty amount must be paid in advance during the next order.

6. Failed or Incomplete Payments

  • In case of failed transactions, the deducted amount (if any) will be auto-reversed by the payment provider within 3–5 working days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.

7. Refund Method

  • Refunds will not be provided in cash.

  • Refunds will only be processed through the same payment mode used during checkout.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute related to payments, refunds, or cancellations must be raised within 48 hours of order status update.

  • Disputes raised after this period may not be entertained.

9. Account Misuse

  • Repeated cancellations, fake bookings, or misuse of COD may lead to:

    • Temporary account suspension

    • Permanent account termination without prior notice

10. Company Rights

  • The company reserves the right to:

    • Modify this policy at any time

    • Cancel any order due to technical, operational, or partner-related issues

  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the app or website.
