  • Delivery refers to on-time availability of booked services/items at the customer’s selected location.

2. Advance Order Requirement

  • All orders must be placed at least 6 hours before the required service time.

  • Orders placed less than 6 hours before the scheduled time may be:

    • Automatically cancelled, or

    • Rejected due to unavailability of resources.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Delivery/service is initiated only after:

    • Successful order confirmation

    • Payment verification (for online payments)

  • Confirmation details will be shared through the app or registered contact details.

4. Delivery Time

  • Services are delivered as per the date and time selected by the user at checkout.

  • We make every effort to deliver services on time; however, delays may occur due to:

    • Traffic conditions

    • Weather issues

    • Partner availability

    • Unforeseen operational circumstances

5. Delays & Unavailability

  • In case of unavoidable delays, users will be informed as early as possible.

  • If delivery is not possible due to operational reasons, the order may be cancelled as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Incorrect Details

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

    • Incorrect address

    • Wrong contact details

    • Unreachable customer at the time of delivery

  • Such cases will be treated as a user-side issue, and refunds may not be applicable.

7. Service Location

  • Delivery is limited to serviceable locations only.

  • Availability may vary based on city, area, and partner coverage.

8. Partial or Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to user unavailability or incorrect details, it will be considered a completed attempt, and no rescheduling is guaranteed.

9. Company Rights

  • The company reserves the right to:

    • Accept or reject any order

    • Modify delivery timelines

    • Cancel orders due to safety, legal, or operational reasons
